Unless you contact us via chat or a phone call, we will try to always communicate with you via email. Some of the emails we send to you include account, transaction, wallet confirmations and updates. It’s important that you receive these, as without these, you may not be able to buy coins using Xcoins.
If you are not receiving emails via Xcoins, please do the following:
Check your spam folder
Make sure that Xcoins is on your safe sender lists, if it is not, our emails may end up in your spam folders. If you find our email there, mark it as not spam, so it goes back into your inbox, and you will receive all future emails from us.
How do I add Xcoins to my safe sender list?
Go to your settings and click on Filters and Blocked Addresses in the header.
Create a new filter, enter Xcoins.com in the From line, and click Create filter next to the blue button.
Check the ‘Never send it to Spam’ tick box, and then click on the big blue button ‘Create filter’ This will create and apply the filter.
Go to your email account settings and in settings type Safe mailing list into the search bar. Add Xcoins.com to your safe senders, and save your selection.
