How to buy using your credit or debit card

It’s quite simple to buy coins from Xcoins. As long as your credit or debit card has either a Mastercard or Visa logo on them, you’re good to go.

How to buy crypto on Xcoins:

1. Select which cryptocurrency you would like to buy. We offer:
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum (ETH) 
• Litecoin (LTC)
• Ripple (XRP) 
• Dash (DASH)
• Monero (XMR)
• Zcash (ZEC)
• Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
2. Choose how much you would like to purchase and click the buy button
3. Enter the wallet address you would like your coins to be sent to. Please ensure that you own this wallet. 
4. Fill out your payment details. If this is an unsaved card, you will need to include your address
5. Click on ‘Buy now’

You may need to pass 3D secure. Depending on your bank or card supplier this could be either:

• A code sent to your phone which you input in the Xcoins website
• A call to your phone with a code which you input in the Xcoins website
• A push notification on your banking provider app

After your payment has been made, your card processor will get to work moving the money. This normally takes a few seconds, sometimes minutes. 

Once you have confirmed your wallet address by clicking on the email our systems will have sent you and the payment is approved by your payment provider, we will send you your tokens within 15 minutes. You will be able to track their delivery via the tracking link on your order.
